A defined number of revisions may be included in the project scope.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Any major deviation from the original brief will be treated as a new scope.
a. Client Ownership
Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
b. Studio Rights
We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials.
Any unused concepts or drafts remain the property of Kwazi Design LLP.
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Ensure they have rights to all content/assets shared with us
Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timelines
We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
We may use third-party tools, fonts, images, or software.
Licensing for such assets may be subject to third-party terms and may require separate purchase by the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
In such cases, the client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
Any advance payments made are non-refundable.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
