Our research explored industry trends, customer buying behaviour, and competitor strategies across retail and digital experiences. Through interviews, perception studies, and touchpoint mapping, we uncovered insights around customer expectations, brand affinity, cultural influences, and gaps between the brand promise and customer perception.
