On a typical day Paavani thinks in photographic frames and sees in visual patterns. Having done a degree in Literature, Performing arts and Visual Art she now strives to think through the amalgamation of these arts to convey a design language. Her interests include exploring trails, translating poetry, curating cozy corners and hugging trees.
Dhruv Babbar
Technology Consultant
Dhruv is a graduate of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a degree in Computer Science and specializes in building websites and web-apps of all kinds, especially enterprise systems. He has previously worked with DHFL as a developer. He has since taken on Full-Stack capabilities and works closely with Kwa:zi in building technological ecosystems. He has a good understanding of UI/UX which allows for greater and more creative output for any client.

Varun Behani is Director of Strategy and Chief of Staff at NGO Jan Sahas. At Jan Sahas, he leads strategy for the Migrants Resilience Collaborative – a grassroots-led collaborative focused on supporting migrant workers and their families across India. Prior to his current role, Varun worked as a strategy consultant serving nonprofits and philanthropic foundations independently and with The Bridgespan Group. He is an alum of the Young India Fellowship, Ashoka University and St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.

By education, he is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from the University of Iowa, USA. A marketer by education, Anupriya has 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, project management, consumer research, and operations strategy. Currently, she leads customer support operations for a key digital payments platform and also acts as a project manager driving strategy for key customer experiences. Equipped with a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Manchester, Anupriya has been working with Social Entrepreneurs, MSMEs and NGOs as a Brand and Operations consultant since 2016. She has also volunteered with various children’s rights organizations such as CRY, Children In Progress (CHIP) and Make A Difference. She is a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, Education, and women’s rights and hopes to combine it with her love for communications and stellar brand identities to help organizations working in these spaces be more effective and expand their reach.
